Rooted in the Vale

A new home.
An old passion.

Two years ago, I moved to Evesham and found myself surrounded by orchards, farm gates and a landscape whose calendar is written in fruit.

I fell in love with the Vale: blossom giving way to berries, plums, damsons and apples, each arriving at exactly the right moment. I had always loved making cheesecakes. Here, that passion found its place.

Silk & Crumb brings the two together—generous, handmade desserts that let the region’s fruit sing, made in small batches for everyday treats and life’s loveliest gatherings.
